The adjudicators assembled for the Oireachtas Rince na Cruinne 2023 represent a carefully selected panel of experienced individuals from across the global Irish dance community. Appointed by An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha, these adjudicators brought years of knowledge in Irish dance tradition and competition standards to Montreal. Their role was essential in ensuring fair and consistent evaluation of the thousands of dancers competing at the world championships. Drawn from Ireland, the United Kingdom, North America, and other regions where Irish dance thrives, the panel reflected the truly international nature of the event and the shared commitment to upholding the highest standards of the art form.

The musicians supporting the 2023 World Championships played an equally vital role in bringing each performance to life. Traditional Irish musicians, experienced in accompanying competitive dancers, provided the live music that is central to the Oireachtas experience. Their mastery of tempo, rhythm, and traditional tunes helped create the proper atmosphere for dancers to perform at their best. The relationship between dancer and musician is a cornerstone of Irish dance competition, and the musicians selected for Montreal understood this deeply. Their contributions helped make each stage performance a complete artistic expression of Irish dance tradition.

Together, the adjudicators and musicians formed the backbone of the 2023 World Championships in Montreal. The careful selection process ensured that both groups possessed the expertise needed to support a competition of this magnitude. For the dancers and their families, knowing that qualified professionals were overseeing the event brought confidence and reassurance. The presence of such dedicated individuals highlighted the collaborative nature of the Irish dance community, where tradition, skill, and passion come together. Their collective efforts helped create a memorable championship experience that honored the legacy of An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha while celebrating the future of Irish dance.
